Two Lungs, One Body
Different languages, different chant, different calendars of saints, and one faith underneath all of it.
Uniformity is not unity. The undivided Church was never uniform: Alexandria did not sing like Antioch, and Rome did not fast like Jerusalem. Diversity of rite is a sign of health in a Body that has grown into every nation. St Paul was explicit: many members, one body; and the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you (1 Corinthians 12:12-21).
